So Im in Track and i can keep up everyday and everything but for some reason today the inner part by my calves were killing me. I kept going but i felt like i was going to die on the spot and when i tried to get up from sitting it took ALOT of effort. My coach told me its Shin Spindles? Im not sure.. Is there anything i could do to relieve this pain? I have practice about everyday. And i want the pain to be gone by tomorrow.
