How to increase my psp downloadd speed!?

I downloaded final fantasy dissidia today off the playstation store and tried downloading it. The download time kept increasing so I tried again and left it alone for an hour. It said 5% 1240 minutes left and kept rising. I turned off all the computers, gaming consoles etc. in the house and the same thing happened. HOW DO I GET IT TO DOWNLOAD? I just payed 20 dollars for a game. I would like to play it...
