How to get prescribed testosterone blockers?

Hi, my name is ben, desired name Maria... I am 14 and realized I was a girl trapped in a boys body. I was wondering how could I get prescribed testosterone blockers. We got no gender therapist in our area, I live in Seoul Korea....
