Bmx bottom bracket/spindle question?

Is it possible for me to take the spindle of my 2009 Haro X1's cranks (Amer BB) and put it on my Fit frame (Span BB)? And if so how to I remove the spindle? It won't come out, and neither will my chainwheel. Please help!
